In this paper, we designed the new IGBT chopper circuit of xenon lamps, and also designed the new avalanche transistor series electrooptic Q-switch circuit. 为了实现高脉冲能量、窄脉冲宽度和高重复率的激光输出,设计了新型的IGBT氙灯斩波放电电路和雪崩管电光Q开关电路。
